Hi! This is ~VanillaTears (~ninjapanda)'s stock account. All photographs here are stock photographs, but having said that, please following these simple, easy-peasy rules. If you don't, and if I find ANYONE in violation of these rules, I will remove all stock photos and close this account permanently. If one person screws it up, they screw it up for everyone.

1. Please send me a note if you use my stock in any way. Otherwise, I might not get the message, and that would be sad, because then I couldn't see what you've done!

2. Do credit me when using my stock. That means involving my username in your credits somewhere. Just please link back, so people, you know, know who it is in the picture!

3. If I see my stock being used in an unfit way, I reserve the right to tell you to remove the picture. This is not likely to happen unless I am used in a really gory/violent/overly terrifying/grotesque/ pornographic way.

4. Please ask for my permission before turning your picture into a print. I will most likely say yes, but considering on how broke I am at the time... Personal profit on me is kind of unfair, I think. It seems only right that since models get paid, I should recieve some form of recompense (if I do decide to ask for a cut - I still have yet to decide if that's even what I want - rest assures that all the money will go to new outfits for more stock, etc).

5. Please do not use my stock for avatar use, websites (this includes blogs, personal spaces, etc), or ANYWHERE OTHER THAN DEVIANTART (if you absolutely must, please note me. I'm not guaranteeing I'll say yes, but...)

6. Please, please, please - if you see my work being used anywhere without my permission, then PLEASE let me know. I would appreciate it so very much.

7. Not so much of a rule as a fact - I do not do requests.

I hope I don't come off sounding too horrible. It's just that these are pictures of ME and my body, and I'm not quite willing to just have them go off into the depths of who-knows-where for the use of lord-knows-who!
